When a council from a main city makes a mistake and it affects ones property Can they be taken to court?
JA: Since laws vary from place to place, what state is this in?
Customer: I am sorry you are from America I am in Auckland New Zealand....so sorry
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: When i first reported just one of the errors they wrote back and said It was my responsibility to get it fixed, they would never take responsibility so I never reported again any of the other mistakes..
