Customer Question

I have been now for over two years trying to settle a dispute in the family court and have been asked only one question, I know this is political and have been told so by close friends of mine.
JA: Since laws vary from place to place, what state is this in?
Customer: christchurch canterbury
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: I reported this to the district court and recently I attended a telephone conference and I was not allowed by my lawyer to talk to the judge
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: there are several affidavits that are perjury and the last one was serious from a doctor that dose not exist

What are you applying for in the court? Have you tried mediation with a trained family mediator?

When you say the affidavits are perjury, is this opinions you do not agree with, or are there facts which can be proven to be wrong by independant evidence? What is the issue with the doctors evidence? How do you know that doctor does not exist?
