There is a lot online, but what area is important for you?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
How would one reduce the risks of Liability for the training provider and tutors within the new changes.
Would translating the writing material be enough?
I thought there might not be a lot in case law because the changes are so new.
Thanks so much for your help

I don't think there are any cases under the new amendments but there are some under the old law. I think the risks should be minimised by providing translated material with some basic training.

Places to find cases are www.nzlii.org.nz and the District Court site at https://www.courtsofnz.govt.nz/about/visitor-centre/faqs/faq/where-else-can-i-search-for-decisions-online
