I'm going to apply a permanent resident visa but just now me and my partner are not living together any more. The thing is he used to sponsor my resident Is it affect to my application or not

The sponsorship for the partnership residency is different from your application for permanent residency. You do not need a sponsor for permanent residency, because you will qualify with or without his support. The application does not need to support your application the way his support was needed for your partnership visa
