Hello,
I'm starting up a food truck.
I applied for a trademark through intellectual property for MAOZ
but it was rejected due to ***** A chain from USA.
I sent a letter to the holder of the trade mark in Auckland asking if I could use the name as they obtained the trade mark 2 years ago and still have not opened. He just replied that they would take legal action if I was to use MAOZ.Am I able to use

You could use the first two names but I think the third option would be too close to the trademark
