What sort of trust is this-a family trust or a charitable trust or something else?

This a Maori Trust Board with 14 Trustees who each represent 14 marae

Sexual harassment and bullying is a breach of trust, because of the duties of good faith owed to the other trustees and beneficiaries. The trustees need to resolve to investigate the behaviour, and appoint an independent invesitgator to prepare a report. If this shows a pattern of behaviour which is unacceptable, then he should be asked to resign. If he wont resign, then you could apply to the Maori Land Court to have him removed, based on the conduct in the report
