further to 10 April 2016 question re tenants in common what is the cost of doing the change? and can you do it? I have POA (not an APOA) signed by Dad and Mother and myself. Copy of title at hand.

I did answer this on the other question. But the cost should be around $4 to $500 at the most. I would question the power of attorney however, because you would need an enduring power of attorney and not a standard one
