The grounds for a divorce are that you have lived apart from your spouse for more than two years. That is the only ground, and it is not based on fault by either party. The procedure is that after the two years are up, you make an application to the Family Court. A copy of the application is then served on the other party. You provide an affidavit of evidence, and of service, and then file these in the court. The order dissolving the marriage is then made on the papers. Many people apply themselves at the court and I have posted a link where you can get the papers downloaded and a guide for use.
