Are you able to pay this or do you need time to do so? Do you dispute the amount? If you do you can apply to set it aside but must do so within 10 working days. If you dont do this, then after the time is up the creditor can file an application for bankruptcy and this will have a court date about 3 to 4 weeks off. If you can pay this before the hearing date it will then get settled, although you can get short adjornments to settle if you need more time
