In a Lump Sum contract under NZS3910:2013 Construction ,with a scheduled approximate square meters , what percentage of square meters over that scheduled amount constitutes a variation.

There isnt a precise percentage which qualifies, but you would be justified in this case because anything over 10% is generally regarded as extra. So you need to send them a proper construction claim with the variation, so they can if they want, respond with a schedule
