What are my legal rights if my boss has sent a negative

Customer Question

What are my legal rights if my boss has sent a negative email about me to other staff without discussing the problem with me?

This is unfair and you should tell the boss that this is unfair, you can claim a personal grievance over this, and you should tell the boss that you will do so, unless he withdraws the email. So you can claim against the employer for the unfairness in a personal grievance
