Looking for help the fight the ANZ/National bank after my business was put in receivership 2012 july
To much go through as I been through all the right places and they all say you got take this to court we done all we can try get the paper work and why
, My lawler here in hawkes bay I think does not know what we can do???

If you want to sue the bank or the receivers then you will need to have good evidence and also resources for any case. I expect you know that already. Who is responsible and what is your present financial position?
