my boss has changed my timesheet I had totalled my hours worked for the day at 9.5 hours and my boss changed the total from 9.5 to 9.25 by inserting a 2 after the decimal point and before the 5 is this legal in NZ

If you time entry was correct, he should not change this, and you should ask your boss why this has been done.

If your times were not correct then he should have discussed this with you, and explained why.

If your time was correct and you can prove this, then you could claim a personal grievance with the Employment Relations Authority, if you wanted, but this is a small amount of time, and should be discussed rather than go to the ERA
