If I buy and sell houses within a trading trust, am I allowed to market and sell the houses myself without needing to sit real estate papers? Each house purchased will be settled on and renovated before on-selling- there will be no contemporaneous settlements.Thank youNatasha

If you are buying and selling houses, for the trading trust, but not for other persons or companies, then this is outside of the restrictions contained in the Real Estate Agents Licensing Act. But anyone can buy and sell houses anyway. Real estate agents do not have a monopoly on doing so.
Thank you, I appreciate your time
