what age must you be to sign a power of attorney?
Already Tried: Companies Office. They say it's 18.

The correct age is 20. the Protection of personal property Act says
(3)A power of attorney shall not have effect as an enduring power of attorney unless the attorney, when signing the instrument creating it, is—
(a)an individual who is not less than 20 years of age,
