Hello, My great uncle died without a will. My grandmother has had executor rights and has been receiving reports on expenditure. Would his estate come to her, the only surviving sibling??

The Administration Act covers this situation, and your grandmother would have been appointed the administrator of his estate. The inheritance goes up the family line to his parents, then if they are deceased under Section 77
So she will get the estate
