Yes, divorce is no fault and is fairly simple. It is referred to as dissolution of marriage. The only grounds are that the marriage has broken down, and that the couple have been separated for 2 years. A joint application can be made and there is usually no need for the parites to attend court as the order is made on the papers. Property, spousal support and child issues are not dealt with in in the dissolution of marriage application.
