do you have a picture?

No picture, just puffy and tendor. Right cheekbone and around eye ache. With headache. Saw optometrist to check out right eye and eyes were fine.

Did the CAT scan look at the orbits?

Customer: replied 20 days ago.
The ct scan was everything involved with sinuses. Not certain about orbits? Have seen dentist and teeth checked out also. This started about 2 months ago

what about sinus/allergy meds?

Customer: replied 20 days ago.
zertek. My first thought was seasonal allergies. The swelling and eye ache are something I've never experienced.
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 20 days ago.

I would try adding flonase to that nostril.

I bet it helps

It must be allergies and inflammation that just didn't show on the CAT scan

Are you a neurologist?
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 20 days ago.

No I'm an internist.

probably the best equipped doctor to handle this issue in my opinion.

A neurologist won't be able to help you

Customer: replied 20 days ago.
The ent I saw who had the ct scan done suggested I see a neurologist?
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 20 days ago.

I can't possibly imagine how a neuro could help

the area is swollen

that indicates inflammation

It has to be allergies

Customer: replied 20 days ago.
My cheek bone is swollen and I have pain around eye. No typical signs of allergies. This swelling could be allergies
Expert:  Dr. Phil, MD replied 20 days ago.

absolutely

I think the sinuses are causing this swelling

the CAT scan can see infection but could easily miss allergic swelling
