Hi, this is Dr Phil, here to assist you. I am Board Certified with over 10 years of experience. I will respond with my answer shortly. Thank you.
do you have a picture?
Did the CAT scan look at the orbits?
what meds have you tried Vince?
what about sinus/allergy meds?
I would try adding flonase to that nostril.
I bet it helps
It must be allergies and inflammation that just didn't show on the CAT scan

No I'm an internist.
probably the best equipped doctor to handle this issue in my opinion.
A neurologist won't be able to help you
I can't possibly imagine how a neuro could help
the area is swollen
that indicates inflammation
It has to be allergies
I think the sinuses are causing this swelling
the CAT scan can see infection but could easily miss allergic swelling
Thank you for your question
Please don't forget a positive rating. I appreciate it. :)
