Hi. Dr Rick here. I completed an Internal medicine internship in NYC and have two decades of clinical experience. How can I assist you today?

Expert:  Dr. Rick, MD replied 4 months ago.

I am an ophthalmologist.

Does she wear contacts?

How old is she?

Is this in both eyes?

Does it occur all the time?

Any pain, discharge, redness, sensitivity to light etc?

Does your daughter have any other medical problems or take any medications?

This is not an answer, but an Information Request. I need this information to answer your question. Please reply, so I can answer your question. I look forward to helping you.

She is 64 years old and wears glasses. Her haziness occurs in both eyes, since she had flu (a virus) a month ago. Her eyes were red when she was ill. She does not drink alcohol and is at a healthy weight and fine physically in all other ways. She takes only an allergy medicine. Her main complaint is that she sees now as if she was 'looking at life through an aquarium."
