I've been having nerve pain for years now from an old sports

Customer Question

I've been having nerve pain for years now from an old sports injury in high school. I think it is some kind of nerve intrapment/pinched nerve. I have Pain in shoulderblade area, armpits, and some limited mobility/pain in shoulders. Wake up with heavy arms and numbness in arms often. Both arms affected. Stretching and eating well seems to help but always in some pain. What can I do for this? I'm active and want to swim more and sit without pain

This seems to be Cervical spine issue , and there could be entrapped nerve in this region .

It would be ideal for you to have MRI Cervical spine for diagnosis and to decide next appropriate treatment please .

Regards ***** ***** luck .
