I have inner calf numbness on both legs from the ankles up

Customer Question

I have inner calf numbness on both legs from the ankles up to both knees. I went for a bilateral scan and blood work. My hemoglobin a1c is 5.7 and I have not received the results back from the scan. Today on my left leg, the numbness has moved around to the front part of my knee. I have had a lap band and my diet is restricted, I do not eat hardly any meats outside of seafood. I sit for about 8 hours a day at work aside from breaks and lunch. Should I be concerned?
JA: What seems to make the symptoms worse or better? Have you noticed any swelling?
Customer: Worse and yes I have leg swelling.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: I use to have high blood pressure, not anymore. I have asthma that is under control and suffer from migraines.
