I personally think that increased anxiety and depression could be a factor that is causing your symptoms, as far as I am concerned. A lot of anxiety and depression can lead to a large number of nerve related symptoms like what you are experiencing.
However, having said that, I would like that you should have MRI of the brain and neck done to be sure it is normal.
Sometimes CT scan can miss things that MRI can pick up.

I personally think that the most likely cause is a lot of stress.
However the thing that I would like to rule out with further tests is what is called as multiple sclerosis (MS).
