Two possibilities should be considered. First is a UTI or urinary tract infection. This can be confirmed by a simple test of urinalysis. Second possibility is an enlarged prostate which can lead to a discomfort or pain while passing urine. It also cause a weak stream of urine. This can be diagnosed by a digital rectal examination and prostate ultrasound. So keeping these two possibilities in mind you should visit your doctor and get further investigation as indicated after an examination
