Customer Question

Hi I think i might have Piriformis syndrome. I'm ok sitting down apart from a dull ache on the outside of my gluts and outer thigh/hamstring when i stand i'm ok for 10/15 seconds then a get a fairly agressive pain down the back of my leg and into my calf. I had a prolapsed disca year ago but no sciatica. This time my back is fine but the pain down my leg is horrid.

This is also typical pain of pinched nerve , sometime back seems to be fine , no pain but refereed pain is felt in leg , calf and down to foot .

It would be ideal for you to manage this pain as pinched nerve pain .

Take pain killers , Physiotherapy , and appointment with your dr .

Regards ***** ***** luck .
