Customer Question

I was diagnosed w/ epilepsy Sept. of 76. I received my first grade lower than an A-. By 1981 I was receiving C- and lower. I underwent brain surgery 1-20-94 for epilepsy, but continued ti seizure because of caffeine, which Dr. Verma assured me, "No problem!"
4-26-96 we get hit by a drunk. The coma slowed my brain down enough that now I can drink caffeine. I want my guardianship back like I had in early 96. I was having 20 - 40 seizures a day, mostly partials, and some petit mal.
When taking a neuropsyche test, how can these drs. deprive me of my right to take notes on this testing? Every one of them have!!
