I have had pain in my shoulder/arm for the last three weeks

I have had pain in my shoulder/arm for the last three weeks and it has only worsened over has not improved.
JA: What seems to make the symptoms worse or better? Have you noticed any swelling?
Customer: I didn't have any injury per se, only woke up one morning and my right arm/shoulder hurt with accompanied weakness in raising it.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
Customer: i was told i had osteoarthritis in my knee but have had no treatment/medication....flare a few years ago....but same side of my body...being my right arm/shoulder. There is no swelling or warmth.
