This is Dr. David

usually swelling of hands and feet and ankles is not caused by shingles

shingles is a viral infection which can come out when your immune system is down.

you need to have your heart and liver and kidneys checked.

new heart or liver or kidney injury can cause severe fatigue and can cause swelling of your hands and feet and ankles

low blood albumin levels can cause this

new heart weakness can cause this.

excessive salt intake can cause swelling all over.
