I have been suffering with chronic daily left sided temple

Customer Question

Hi There, I have been suffering with chronic daily left sided temple headache which varies with intensity and have had for over 7 years. I have had 3 head MRI scans over this period (one of which was full bodied) they have not revealed anything. My neurologist has suggested another MRI scan of the head but i'm concerned about unnecessary radiation.
am i correct in thinking this is a concern ? cheers Mark

First of all you need NOT worry about radiation from an uses magnetic signals --- NOT RADIATION --- there is no danger from repeat MRIs...that is NOT a worry for you

Temple headaches -- I would advise that you ask your doctor about making sure that this is not due to a condition of temporal arthritis ( an inflammatory condition of arteries and the temporal artery is commonly involved )

I hope that this information is helpful for you
