I have noticed the skin over my thenar muscles in my palms

Customer Question

Hi I have noticed the skin over my thenar muscles in my palms have become very wrinkly, over the past few months,I have a history of Cramp Fasculstion syndrome for over two years.I am worried this may be ALS as I also have what appears to be atrophy on the back of my right hand

If you are worried about ALS you need to see your doctor.

ALS is extremely rare, and these symptoms alone are not indicative of ALS.

However, we can not examine you here.

So see your doctor for an exam.
