Customer Question

I fell off a ladder this morning and bumped my head. I do not have blurry vision, nor is my head sore. But I have a low grade nausea that has developed over the past hour. Should I be concerned?

Yes, it is normal to have a low grade nausea after head injury.

The serious symptoms, which are associated with head injury are-

Seizures, Weakness in arm or leg, Dilated pupils, bleeding or fluid discharge from ear or nose.

In case you have any of these symptoms, rush to ER.

From your description, seems you do not have any serious injury.

You should, put the ice on the bruised area with an ice pack or ice cubes wrapped in a towel. Do this for 15 to 20 minutes, four times a day.

Take adequate rest.
