Headache coupled with a metallic taste in mouth and nausea can be signs of tension headaches as well as infection such as sinusitis and other upper respiratory tract infections.
I would suggest that you have this evaluated by your PCP, blood pressure monitoring, examination of the head and neck specially ear, nose and throat are mandatory. In brief, this should be relieved by OTC pain killers like Tylenol 2 tablets every 6 to 8 hours, bed rest and keeping yourself well hydrated. However, this should be evaluated to rule out infections and other causes such as heat exhaustion.
