I get very weak when outside is the heat. If I lean over I get dizzy and have to stand up slowly. I am being taken off of my antidepressant -imipramine. I was on 300mg now on 200. In August I will go down 50mg

Thank you for the question ...

As you have dizzy spells when you go outside and you have normal EKG .

It would be ideal for you to have Carotid Doppler to rule out Carotid stenosis , being reason of your dizziness .

Imipramine is less likely the cause .

You should get Doppler ultrasound of Carotid please .
