you most likely have a pinched nerve or herniated disks in your lower pack pinching nerves going into your legs causing your back pain and ache up and down your left leg.
you need to see a doctor and get an exam and possibly an MRI scan of your back to look for pinched nerves and herniated disks.
you might need a steroid injection into your back to help take pressure off of your nerves.
best to ice your back and use heating pads on your back since that is most likely where the problem is starting.
make sure you take advil with food in your stomach.
do you have a doctor you can see about an MRI scan of your back ?
