I haves a severe tension headache / migraine with severe pressure at my forehead and nose started this morning again been struggling for 6 months I have taken fioricet 2 tablets then a maxalt and now ketorlac 2 is it safe to still try and drink 2 fioricets together to try and get relief I am not close to the ER otherwise would have gone in

Severe pressure at my forehead and nose doesn't sound like a tension headache/migraine. It could be chronic sinusitis.

I have seen a neurologist that diagnosed me at this stage I have a severe headache turning into migraine can I take the 2 fioricets together
