Area under pelvic bone and groin area started to hurt from

Area under pelvic bone and groin area started to hurt from one day to the next. Acute, when putting weight on left leg ,extreme pain like a black and blue or a raw tissue sensation.
When standing on right or sitting lying down, or doing situps legraises or leg swings to side there's no pain. It's worst when walking ie putting weight on left side
What could be possible cause what can I do ?
please let me know what kind of doctor and tests might give me a correct diagnosis.

just sent another ? Re small amt of blood in routine Urine test that may require cystoscopy
" have some small amount blood in my...I have some small amount blood in my urine according to the Urine test. no symptoms of UTI. However the past year I had 3-4 UTI, last one in July. Ecoli, Interococcus, staph coagulate negative. In the test 1/8 2016 no UTI.
the urine color yellow, the appearance is clear, ph: 5.5. urine specificgravity: 1.030 which is high, and the blood is small amount.
no pain, no burning, no urgency symptoms. Please help don't want to go through all kinds of tests like cystoscopy like me GP mentioned.
What could it caused by?By the way, when they do a Cstoscopy, do they or can they , if requested use IV sedation?thank you suzi view full
