Having an odd symptom .. Ist the skin on my feet felt tight .... Gradually ... Over about 2 months, that feeling had moved up, now includes my feet up to my knees ... Any thoughts?

The question would be if there are skin changes? If it is tight or just feels tight? If the latter, that is an ascending paresthesis or abnormal sensory symptom. As it starts in your feet and ascends, it is distal or length dependent and you may start to feel it in your fingertips? It suggests a peripheral neuropathy and there are many reasons. Metabolic such as from diabetes, inflammatory/neoplastic as from certain diseases like myeloma, nutritional as from anemia or vit b 12 deficiency.
