I fell on ice and landed hard on the back of my skull. It feels tender and has a dent where it hit the ice. This happened about 18 hrs. ago and I don't have any of the symptoms of concussion, nausea, vomiting, headache. I have pain above my left eye and in my jaw if I open my mouth wide e.g.yawning.Do I need to do anything regarding x-ray ?
