Hello. Welcome to JA. Is just your arm going numb and tingling, or is it on your face and arm, or your arm and leg or all three? How long has this been going on? Do you have a history of stroke or heart attack. Do you have any chest pain, pounding in your chest, shortness of breath? What medications do you take? If you feel you are having a stroke and are all alone, you should dial 911 immediately and give them information. If I can help, please reply and I will answer. dr Frank
