I would need to know something about you. Your age gender history of this problem. How long, anything make it worse or better? Eyebrow/forehead tingling suggests involvement of the supraciliary and/or supraorbital nerves. That can happen from frontal sinusitis. With that you can have generalized sinusitis/headache/ear pain or fullness and with that dizziness. Are you a smoker? Have headaches that are worse leaning forward? Fever/chills?
