Hello!

In treating Parkinson's disease the medication titration is based on clinical response. The neurologist has to observe for best effect vs least side effect. Control of tremor is key aspect here...there is not a matter of blood levels in this type treatment however...

It is clinical response used as the basis on which to adjust medications
