I have primary Sjogrins Snydrome.I am now having weird sensations such as excessive sweating for no reason.Feel sort of spaced out hard to remember things and nervous.This is not mental I feel Sjogrins is attacking my nervous system.Is their help for this. Thank You,Barbara
