I looked at Neurologists in Tacoma Washington and there really isn't a dementia specialist that I could find. Having visited the area in my studies, I would recommend that you consider going to Seattle for your treatment. There are two institutions. The Univ. of Washington Univ. Hospital is a very good teaching program and would have several faculty members versed in amyloid angiopathy. And there is a dementia clinic, I will paste in the website. They have a neuroscience institute as well, its called Virginia Mason Institute. Please let me know if you have questions or if I can help. Remember to rate my service if satisfied with this answer as that is how I am compensated for my work. thanks Click on the rating stars. Dr Frank
