Customer Question

Hi! Last week I had constipation and trying to poop I felt a pain in the left neck vein. Now when I work out the vein pops out a lot which seems very scary to me... do you know what could possibly be? Thank you

Hi there,

This is a superficial vein and likely prominent due to the unbuckling or unwinding of the vein from constipatio related straining.

This is a normal occurrence --does not suggest any aneurysm or blood clot.

You do not have any pain, or swelling of neck or face or any other symptoms.

So do not worry.

Best wishes,

It was my pleasure to help you today.
