I'm a brain injury survivor, from a car accident, it was a midline shift to my left temporal. My teeth have starting shifting, and I have ringing in my ear will this have something to do with the brain trauma?

This is Dr. David
the brain injury could have caused the ringing in your ears.
the teeth shifting should not be from the injury.
but brain injury can damage facial nerves which can cause numbness of some nerves
your teeth shifting sensation could be from neuropathy or nerve damage to facial nerves from the brain injury.
have you tried neurontin or lyrica for nerve pain or neuropathy injury?
