1) Approximately for how long are you having this symptom?
2) Have you already seen any doctor & have you had any investigations done?
3) Are there any other symptoms like difficulty with swallowing, speech problems, facial droop, drooping of the eye lids, double vision, hearing deficits, vertigo (spinning type dizziness), numbness, or any other unusual or new symptoms?
4) Is the tongue symptom constant or intermittent?
5) Do you have any medical conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, thyroid diseases or any other?
