This is Dr. David
it depends on what is causing the numbness.
you need to see a doctor and get a physical exam and neurological exam
you could have carpel tunnel syndrome on both arms
or possibly pinched nerves from a herniated disk coming from your upper spine. or neck
there are treatments for both of these
you might need an MRI scan of both wrists and upper spine and neck?
do you have a doctor you can see who can examine your arms and hands and nerves?
