Customer Question

I have severe burning pain in my head and down through my neck along with head pressure. It almost feels like a migraine but nothing I take gets rid of the pain. Excedrin extra strength takes it down some but it is still there. I also woke up today with
the sharpest pain in my neck and it is only on the left side up into the back of my head. I also have dizziness constantly. I have had this for 4 months and my CT MRI with contrast MRV lumbar puncture and cerebral angiogram has come back normal. Could this
be a food allergy? Lyme disease? NDPH?
