I had 8 hours of anesthesia ablation. I have been dizzy

Customer Question

I had 8 hours of anesthesia for an ablation. I have been dizzy and light headed and blurred vision for two years. Was it because of the anesthesia and possible scar tissue in the brain

OK
Here is what I suggest.
You have an event monitor, which you can start and stop, for a week.
In addition, a CT scan misses a lot, including problems such as MS, and certain tumors.
Finally, I suggest they do an MRI/MRA on the back of the brain and upper spine, which can look at the blood vessels there. If these have problems it can cause your symptoms...and it is often missed.
OK, so that is an initial answer….

If something is found with MRMRA can anything be done to correct the problem
Expert:  DrThomasMd replied 1 year ago.
Yes, depending on what is found.
For example, therapy for the cervical spine.
