Hi, I amCustomer an American Board Certified Neurologist with vast clinical experience and I am very glad to help you with your health question.
First I will try to gather some additional information with the following questions;
1) Are you having any neck pain too?
2) Have you ever had these types of symptoms happening in the past?
3) Do you have any fever recently?
4) Is the workload of this intensity unusual for you (working everyday in a week) or is it usual?
Please answer the above questions for me, I will go through these additional information and then follow up with you at the earliest.
Best regards,
