Right ear Cavum concache swollen

Hi, my sons right ear I believe it's the Cavum concache. It's been swollen for 5 days. It only hurts him when he touches it and has no other symptoms. It appears to be red and swollen. No discharge of any color, maybe clear. Any help would be appreciated I can enclose a picture of needed. thanks
